Austin, TX and Oakland, CA (February 10, 2019) – Presidio Investors LLC (“Presidio”) announced today
the promotion of Dirk Swaneveld to Vice President. Dirk is responsible for all aspects of the firm’s
investment process, including sourcing, diligence, and execution of new investments, and he creates
significant value in the portfolio through Presidio’s hands-on operational approach. Dirk serves on the
boards of Presidio portfolio companies Podium Audio and Bravas.

Prior to joining Presidio Investors, Mr. Swaneveld worked at The Edgewater Funds, a private equity
group in Chicago, where he led market due diligence efforts and financial modeling responsibilities for
various transactions. Prior to Edgewater, Dirk worked for Cerberus Capital Management within their
Operations Divisions, where he was assigned to multiple Cerberus portfolio companies as Interim
Director of FP&A and other specialty financial intercompany roles. Mr. Swaneveld started his career at
PricewaterhouseCoopers in their transaction services division. He holds an MBA from University of
Chicago Booth, a Bachelors in Business from Bucknell University.
