Yvonne Yang joined Presidio Investors in 2024 as Director of Tax and Compliance, overseeing the firm’s tax and regulatory compliance, from the Bay Area. With over 20 years of experience in tax compliance, accounting, and financial consulting, she has served domestic and offshore hedge funds, private equity firms, and high-net-worth individuals.
Prior to joining Presidio Investors, Yvonne served as Director of Finance at Blue Water Life Science Advisors LP, where she managed financial operations and regulatory and tax compliance for the company, including master feeder structure, private equity fund, and venture fund. Previously, she held the role of Tax Director in the financial services group at EisnerAmper LLP for two decades.
Yvonne holds a Master’s degree in Taxation from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from San Francisco State University. She is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of California.
Actively engaged in the community, Yvonne currently serves as the President of the California Society of CPAs (CalCPA), SF Chapter, and is a member of the CalCPA council at the state level. She is also an active member of the AICPA.
